Thinking Of The Right Words To Say: Rules For Writing Vows For A Religious Ceremony

While many couples may want to honor tradition by getting married in thief (family) house of worship, many may feel more “spiritual” than “religious” and may feel as though “biblical” or “church” reading don’t thoroughly reflect their love and how they feel about each other.

While choosing something directly from Scripture is preferable and recommended, especially if you’re going to host a “traditional” ceremony, it is not necessarily mandatory.

In fact, experts assert that there’s plenty of meaningful material that’s also appropriate to choose from. From classic poetry to timeless sonnets, essays, literary works, and even musical “masterpieces”, you can, with a little careful selection and creativity, you can design vows that are both relevant and unique.
